Pharmacist Job at Gloversville Pharmacy
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Pharmacist. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and controlled environment and possess a passion for providing friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service to patients. Because of the sensitivity of the prescription process, our Pharmacists must always be up-to-date with their ability to identify possible drug interactions, dangerous substances, and protecting patient privacy.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain patient care protocols.
- Respond to the needs of patients and their families.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Present information clearly to patients.
- Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
