The PharmaDx group is looking for a PharmaDx Associate Project Manager I to support clinical trial projects for pharmaceutical for pharmaceutical drug development programs. The Associate Project Manager I will work with PharmaDx Project Managers to generate and maintain the clinical trial regulatory binders and other project documentation to the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Other tasks supporting aspects of clinical trial projects such as generating clinical trial data transfer files and data tables needed for sample analysis reports may also be assigned. The PharmaDx Associate Project Manager I will report to the PharmaDx Group Manager responsible for oversight of clinical investigations. The successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented and will enjoy working on tasks independently while making significant contributions to the larger project team. This person may facilitate development of department and divisional projects including project definition and scope, deliverables, risk assessment, project tracking and status reporting.

Essential Functions:
Supports department staff in project management activities.
Assists in the planning and implementation of projects with oversight.
Supports aspects of complex projects as requested.
Responsible for learning and implementing Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Medical Device Design Control requirements for projects.
Coordinates and collaborates with subject matter experts to conduct data analysis and risk assessments in relation to compliance with established procedures.
Presents analysis results to managers or senior management.
Coordinates communications as warranted by project scope.
Tracks proposed projects and track and resolve issues related to the proposed projects.
Functions as liaison with internal customers on projects.
Ensures that proper processes are being followed and assist in establishing new processes as required.

Physical and Other Requirements:
Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Communicate: Frequently communicate with others.
PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies.
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
Vision: Having close, far, and peripheral visual acuity to perform a variety of tasks such as make general observations of depth and distance.
