- Place outbound calls to potential customers to set sales appointments
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
- Proven experience in phone sales and appointment setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and be able to type 50+ words per minute
