Department: Rehab Services Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 80hrs biweekly; 8:30am-5:00pm; M-F; Occasional Saturday

Assists with and performs physical therapy treatments as directed by physical therapists. Some treatments may be given in the patient’s home. The patient population may include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
The Physical Therapy Assistant will have completed the Physical Therapy Assistant Program and licensed in the State of Illinois. Must have license and registration with the state of Illinois. Current CPR license.
