About This Opportunity

We are looking for a nocturnist to join our growing intensivist program. As a physician-led organization, Mosaic Life Care focuses on improving quality, patient satisfaction, and ICU performance. Our model is designed to challenge the status quo and transform the way critical care is provided. Our culture promotes physician autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Practice Details:
- Cooperative, easy-going, organized, and friendly atmosphere
- Block schedule of 7 on/7 off from 6 pm to 6 am
- 24-bed closed ICU
- Opportunity to work with a collegial and collaborative group of 7 physicians
- Average 1 – 3 admissions per night shift
- Critical Care training required
