Responsibilities:
- -Drive service loan vehicles to the customer’s location
- -Document any services or areas of concerns the customer states about their vehicle
- -Safely drive the customer’s car back to the dealership
- -Communicate any additional concerns the customers expressed to service management
- -Return customers car post service
- -Complete paperwork with customer
- -Provide a friendly and accommodating first impression
- -Must follow all state and federal driving laws including cell phone usage and speed limits
Requirements:
- -High school diploma required
- -Must be organized and detail oriented
- -Friendly presence and enjoys people interaction
- -Safe driving record
- -Follows instructions well
- -Strong communication skills
