Overall Purpose: Why the Job Exists & What You Will Do:
As the Customer Fulfillment Representative, you will manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring customers expectations are met.
Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes: Your Accountabilities in the Role
A.
Customer Service & Order Processing: 100% of the Job
1.
Receives and timely processes orders from the e-commerce system and from dealers/customers, ensuring that pricing and order details are accurate.
2.
Communicates with customers via phone, email or other methods necessary to assist customers with inquiries and/or problem/discrepancy resolution in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
3.
Manages the open orders and coordinates order changes, customer preferences, and/or other pertinent information as needed, with the related departments and customers to meet order expectations and timelines.
4.
Manages, monitors and processes the daily and monthly billing cycles ensuring invoices are generated accurately and according to designated timelines or shipments.
5.
Actively communicates with the management team on issues regarding delinquent Accounts Receivables or Customer disputes on a timely basis.
6.
Maintains, updates, and prepares metrics/reports related to Order Timeliness, Quality, Back-Order status, and Customer Complaints, ensuring the information is tracked accurately and can be used for analysis to enhance the area.
7.
Fulfill backorders in a timely manner working in conjunction with Planner and all Shipping Departments.
8.
Work closely with Brock for shipments of bins and Brock products.
9.
Communicate closely with Planner on lead times for parts and the Feeders, Fan and Controls and build schedules.
10.
Research and resolve shipping, freight and parts inconsistencies.
11.
Working with Technicians, fulfill all credits and warranties per customer requests.

Position Requirements:
A.
Education:
Associates degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of course work and experience.
B.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, order entry, and invoicing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
C.
Functional Skills:
Customer and task-oriented, with excellent invoicing and data entry skills; high attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task within a fast-paced department. Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed to work through customer matters effectively.
D.
Technology Skills:
Solid Microsoft office skills; experience in working with internet tools required; experience with an E-commerce and ERP system preferred, but not required.
E.
Language Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to work with various external and internal customers.
F.
Leadership/Behaviors
: Self-starter, who can work well through customer matters, especially under pressure. Requires strong interpersonal skills and yet an assertive person to work with customers and dealers on discrepancies, delinquent payments, etc.

Physical Requirements to Perform Essential Functions:

Ability to sit and operate a motor vehicle as needed for travel in the role

Environmental Conditions & Travel:

The employee is primarily exposed to a normal office setting with moderate noise and a climate-controlled environment. The employee is occasionally required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while visiting manufacturing departments.

This position may face inclement weather conditions when traveling.

Travel: Limited travel to attend/visit trade shows as needed.
