• Develops in-plant bulk inventory stocking levels and inventory planning. Monitors material supply and alerts to potential shortages.
• Monitors Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Maintains logistics system involving inventory management at plant, field warehouse and consignment level.
• Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
• Creation of production work orders in coordination with production schedule
• Raw material procurement and backorder monitoring
• Production inventory cycle counting and improvements
• Bill of materials management.

• Proficiency in demand planning tools, such as Manugistics, and MRP systems. Working knowledge of short-range and long-term forecasting and inventory planning.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Communication and inter-personal skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree in Materials Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 0-3 years related experience
