Night Shift (10pm-6:30am)

• Weekend Shift Differential- You will receive an additional $2.00 an hour

• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc., as necessary/directed
• Performs waste and recycling disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
• Performs routine custodial duties on campus including bulb replacement, work orders, floor maintenance, laundry retrieval, snow removal and any miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Cleans offices and general areas as assigned; assists other departments when necessary. Responsibilities include PM’s and Work Orders as needed.
• Maintains facility safety and security by responding to emergencies and safety concerns throughout the entire building and grounds. Will be responsible for calling appropriate help and support as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic routine maintenance experience required
• Previous custodial experience a plus
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be reliable, energetic and self-motivated who truly enjoys working with the senior population
