- Lead a team of 7-12 technicians to improve their selling and plumbing skills
- Set revenue goals with rewards for exceeding team goals
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Select plumbing opportunities where we can maintain and develop our plumbing skills
- Prepare quality control reviews and training opportunities to grow results

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman or Contractor Plumbing License
- Minimum 1 yr in a Supervisor Position
- Possess integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication, as well as leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read sales reports, understand and generate estimates, manage company risk and hold the team accountable for revenue and costs and job accuracy.
