Position Title: Pool Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Pool Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
• Operate and follow safety protocol for waterslide and pool
• Assisting guests with purchase of lotions, toys, and swimming needs
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Ability to communicate with others and assist where help is needed
• Daily organization of chairs, tables, and umbrellas
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description:

The Pool Attendant is responsible maintaining cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas. Must be present during the pre-shift lineup meeting and understand all activates being offered that day. Assist with stocking towels, pool toys, and assisting guest with any needs. Managing the sales of any pool floats or other items for sale. Will assist with safety of the slide and ensure all guests follow safety rules. Responsible to help other team members with tasks they may need assistance with.

Shift: Flexible

Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE including Holidays and Weekends

Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
• Ability to greet guests using proper language clearly and professionally

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand/walk/step for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions including, hot, cold, or rain, at any given time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
