Legow Management Company, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management business. We own and manage 35 rental apartment communities throughout New Jersey and one in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
We are currently seeking a Porter for Haddonview Apartments, our beautiful 3-tower, 603-unit high rise apartment community in Westmont, NJ. The Porter is a key member of the maintenance team in providing outstanding customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities include:
· Cleaning storage room, bathroom and mailboxes
· Trash and recycling removal
· Mop floors in basement, elevators, trash room
· Sweep and vacuum lobby
· Cut up and stack cardboard
· Ensure parking lots and side of building are clean and free of debris
· Maintain a clean and organized Porter room
· Ensure light fixtures, camera lenses and globes in basement are all lit, clean and working
· Assist with snow removal on the property as needed
· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include the following:
· Strong customer service skills
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Must have an understanding of the English language
· Must be available for after-hours emergencies
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· The work week includes working either Saturday or Sunday each week. The schedule will be Sunday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Saturday.
