We are currently looking for a Porter to join our team at a property in Phoenix, AZ.
The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, and responding to customer service requests.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services per assigned schedule and according to policies and procedures Inform manager of supply needs; keep storage area well organized and locked Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments Daily walk the property for curb appeal, condition, deferred maintenance and safety issues to meet Inspection Report standards and "I would live here" test Notify manager of any safety concerns. Participate in safety meetings May require training to receive additional regulatory and environmental certifications such as lead, asbestos renovations/repairs, HVAC and CFC I, II and universal Responsible for swimming pool daily maintenance and cleaning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
