The Associate Manager, Off-Premise Customer Experience will develop and lead initiatives to improve the off-premise customer experience, partner with Brand Marketing as the SME for digital experience, manager external vendor relationships, and contribute to off-premise strategic projects as needed.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• 
  Cross-functional alignment with departments to ensure successful execution of LTO promotions
• Support store training and assist with key operational communications and support the development of OPS training materials for future ecommerce enhancements
• Provide third party marketplace delivery support and lead the Digital and Operations partnership for improving OSAT
• Project coordination on key deliverables for small to mid-size ecommerce projects
• Conduct user acceptance testing at the store level for all ecommerce project rollouts

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or similar field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail, consumer services, or ecommerce
• Experience with a retail or restaurant ecommerce platform preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly collaborative
