We are looking for a Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team and provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be able to complete assigned tasks, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also be able to effectively manage a classroom, handle discipline issues, and work with parents to ensure that their children are getting the best possible education.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Supervise students in the classroom and on field trips.
- Communicate effectively with staff.
- Maintaining a clean environment for students.
- Encourage children to develop social skills and respect for others.
- Complete required trainings
