Our team of educators plan, project and implement insightful age appropriate experiences in the classroom to support students in their growth and learning processes through quality interactions. Educators works alongside their co-teachers to create a safe, clean, warm, inviting and flexible environment for their students, where families feel welcome to participate and collaborate.
Our educators are researchers and passionate about Early Childhood Education and the Reggio Emilia Approach. They document different processes of learning and projects to make learning visible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement expereinces that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Observe and assess student progress and behavior.
- Maintain a positive relationship with parents and guardians.
- Develop positive discipline strategies to support social and emotional development
- Communicate effectively about the happenings of the class and child development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
