Job Description:
EcoWash is seeking motivated and reliable Power Washing and Staining Technicians to join our team in Mequon. As a Power Washing and Staining Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality exterior cleaning and staining services to our customers. Your duties will include:
- Performing power washing services to clean decks, patios, sidewalks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces
- Applying stains and sealers to decks and fences
- Operating and maintaining power washing equipment and tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a car
- Previous experience in power washing and staining preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
