Responsibilities include:
- Provide key support for new product announcements, price updates, rebates, expenses, promotions, and price sheet database files.
- Work on completing engineering change notices (ECNs), check if previously quoted or if the part is similar to an existing part, develop and load new price, and prepare customer quote to send back to sales.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer pricing and promotions and manage pricing maintenance.
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer requirements, including web portals, blanket PO confirmations, and forms for price requests and price changes from customers.
- Act as the key support contact for field sales and customer service regarding price inquiries, military price inquiries on bids, and K-Kit price roll updates.
- Run/review daily audit reports, including price record audits for aftermarket net special pricing, exceptions/issues audit reports, zero-priced orders audit, and K-Kit price roll-out audit.
- Assist with the notification and implementation of price increases and help address post-implementation price issues.
- Track and resolve pricing and debit issues and maintain spreadsheets with unresolved major pricing issues.
- Support ongoing maintenance of price sheets and customer special price files (price changes, promotions, quoted prices, new product releases, and obsolescence), and process BOM1 and ECNs.
- Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, business, marketing, or a similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in pricing coordination, pricing analysis or related roles.
- Proficient with J.D. Edwards or another enterprise resource planning platform.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
