• Includes 30% more on the hour based on employees base rate.
• No shift differentials included.
• Must work at least 2 full (12 hour) shifts every 30 days, 1 of those shifts being on a weekend.
• If call off on a picked-up shift, must make up shift within 7 calendar days.
• May work up to 2 shifts per week but no more per week unless prior approval is received.
• No other benefits will be accrued.
• 1 holiday worked per year required, but not limited to only 1 (will be scheduled in advance at discretion of center need and employee availability).

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides direct care to patients and supervises and directs nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.
• Communicates patient status to the Unit Manager.
• Assists in the supervision, orientation, and training of the nursing staff. Participates in the patient care planning conference with other disciplines.
• Identifies patient goals and approaches.

Job qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license with <state>Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
