Brewhouse Process Analyst
This position will work directly with the Brewhouse Manager, and must provide high-level support by developing various administrative tasks of the Brewhouse such as the development and documentation of Brewhouse procedures; and internal audit reports/tools.
I. Key Tasks:
The following list points the key tasks developed in this position (other department-related tasks might be needed and developed by this position):
1) Organize Brewhouse files (Microsoft Excel and Form Titan): This information will be used as a database to build Brewhouse KPI’s
2) Brewhouse process documentation. Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) or each operation developed in order to standardize the processes that help us to guarantee quality and consistency in every product.
a. SOP’s will be used to train new operators.
b. SOP’s will help us improve our processes (failure detection).
3) Record/compile test results or prepare graphs, charts, or reports.
4) Raw material reception.
a. Develop a procedure for the workers engaged in receiving and storing, products or materials. This procedure will include standardization of raw material identification by lot number as well as organization to guarantee FIFO
5) Development and implementation of Brewhouse internal audits tool.
6) Develop and Translation (English- Spanish) “The Beer Elaboration Training Program” for operators.
7) Development and Implementation of “The Piping and Equipment Identification Project”.
8) Development and Implementation of KPI’s report to be send to Corporate
II. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and other Characteristics required:
1) Bachelor studies in Production, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Must).
2) Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
3) Bilingual (English and Spanish. Proficient in both.)
4) Advanced computer Skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access.
5) Advanced communication skills (oral, written, and reading)
6) Advanced organizational and planning skills.
7) Critical Thinking.
8) Active Learning.
9) Judgment and decision-making.
10) Negotiation Skills (basic).
11) Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
12) Proactivity and collaboration skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
