We are a privately owned company headquartered in sunny Central Florida and are searching for Process Technicians to join our Plastic Injection Molding department AT OUR DAYTONA BEACH, FL LOCATION. EXPERIENCED PROCESSING TECHS for our EVENING AND NIGHT SHIFTS in our Dayton Beach, FL location. This is an opportunity with a growing and financially stable organization; the leader in our industry. In this role you will be responsible for the set ups of plastic injection molding machines to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Requirements: Experienced with ABS, Polypropylene and older Vandorns preferred. These positions are on our

2nd (3:45pm-12:15am) and 3rd (11:45pm-8:15am) shifts, but you must be willing and able to vary shifts occasionally during training and to cover vacations. Identify maintenance and process concerns and work or assist in the resolution of them. Understand quality standards and cycle times to meet company's production schedule. Trouble shoots process concerns and performs corrective action as well as assist in the training of other employees. Maintains and sets-up so as to produce molded parts in compliance with specifications. Proactively responds to system problems to ensure machines are running at full capacity in order to meet production requirements. Must be a leader with a Positive CAN DO attitude.

Must be mechanically inclined with some manufacturing knowledge and ability to operate production equipment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, to learn standard operating procedures, and to complete routine mechanical work with consistent quality and dependable accuracy. Must have basic mathematical and record-keeping skills.

All candidates will be fast thinking, highly motivated, with some general computer skills and a high degree of common sense. We’re looking for a leader. Overtime as business necessitates. Maintains safe and clean work environment, maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort and able to work and communicate with diverse backgrounds. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
