Product Development Engineer

- Shift: (M-F) 8am-5pm
- Pay: $33.65-$45.67/hr ($69,992-$94,993/yr)
Job Description:
- Responsible for working with both customers and internal colleagues on new journal bearings designs.
- Customer focus will be mainly gearbox manufacturers to start.
- Expectations are to be able to increase gearbox power/torque densities as well as increased reliability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years experience with the design and/or application (commissioning) of gearbox systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing machining processes and tolerances (GD&T)
- Technical Writing and Presentation
- 3D modeling experience, AutoCAD Inventor would be preferred
