Bob Mills Furniture is looking for a dedicated photographer with a keen eye for detail and design to join our marketing team. Our photographer will collaborate daily with marketing and other stakeholders to produce quality images and video for use on print and digital projects, including social media, product catalogs, magazine ads, digital renderings, and more.

Our ideal candidate has a creative mind for design style, enjoys taking all types of pictures/video, and has experience with shooting interior designer rooms, business showrooms, or lifestyle images. This photographer must be highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, all with varying deadlines. This position will manage the photography process for all areas of photography, including product, portrait and lifestyle shots.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manages the photo studio calendar, scheduling shoots and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure everything is ready for each photo session.
• Brainstorms and collaborates with team on photography shoots and marketing initiatives.
• Schedules, shoots and edits portrait, showroom, and lifestyle images.
• Works closely with the buying department on photography of new products arriving.
• Responsible for shooting, editing, clipping/outlining product web catalog.
• Produces compelling, high-quality images/video for use for print, social media and digital projects/assignments.
• Maintains solid organization of photography, allowing team to easily find images they are needing for design projects and promotions.
• Understands and maintains the Bob Mills Furniture Brand Identity.
• Achieves daily productivity targets without degrading quality and aesthetics of imagery.
• Manages process and lighting for 3D product rendering/virtual tours.
• Use of photography skills, keen eye for detail and design style n 3D product renderings.
• Maintains professional and effective communication during all aspects of media shoots, from scheduling to on-site shoot interactions.
• Continues to learn and develop photography skills, staying up to date on latest techniques and technology, along with the initiative to build these into new standards and workflows to take company photography to a higher level.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma, coupled with 3+ years of photography or a related area of expertise.
• 3+ years of Photoshop and Lightroom experience.
• 1-3 years of product, room/lifestyle, real estate, architecture, or advertising photography REQUIRED.
• 1-3 years of portrait shooting and editing.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting and shooting in commercial studio environment.
• Design certifications are preferred.
• Ability to receive feedback and adjust content accordingly.
