As a Production Assembler, you will need experience with using hand tools or machines to assemble parts and have a 'make it happen' attitude with excellent organization and people management skills. Our customers are at the heart of what we do, so we expect you to be as customer-focused as we are. You will be working for Aisleworx Media on our product called Digicarts. Our Digicarts are wildly popular, with over 40 million customer rides so far, and we supply Digicarts to most of the top grocery chains in the USA.

Based in Grapevine, this role encompasses assembling, quality control, and rolling out our latest media technology offering to thousands of retail locations in the USA. There is a lot of variety and challenges that will be exceptionally rewarding to the right person.

Position tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.

- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.

- Collect all materials and equipment needed to begin the building process.

- Align, fit, and assemble parts using hand tools and power tools.

- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

- Maintain equipment in good condition.

- Keep records of production quantities and time.

- Effectively communicate with multiple departments.

- Ensure quality control and communicate with other assembly line stations to ensure accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

Reporting

You will report to the Production Director.

Applicant Background

The right person is a hands-on, self-starter, a get-it-done person who will connect parts into more complex components ensuring the parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. An individual who has excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.

Compensation
