Tennessee Foam has a career-building opportunity for a Production Associate to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a “can-do” attitude.
Responsibilities
Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO13485.- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P’s) in place relevant to your work activities.
- Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately.
- Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth.
- Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.
- Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
- Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.
- Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.
Qualifications/ Education
Good communication skills.- Attention to detail.
- Experience in health care industry, manufacturing assembly, or warehousing and distribution preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Ability to work well with others.
- High degree to attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 20lbs.
Physical Demands
Long periods of standing are required.- Minimal lifting required.
- Use of fingers, hands, or feel objects.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb stairs.
- Stand, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Close vision and depth perception.
