AAP Staff is partnering with an food industry leader in the Carol Stream area is looking for a Production Lead responsible for:
- Manage day to day production needs as assigned
- Make sure all areas are kept well organized and all stock refills are ready for the next day.
- Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions
- Prepare floor trainings with safety protocols are met.
- Guide communication to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished products are met.
- Lead and motivate the production team.
- Review daily the day’s production plan
- Support in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivity
- Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations
- Responsible for adherence to Personnel Practices (GMP’s) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position
- Train and monitor new hires and ensure that there is coverage at all times.
- Maintain production controls systems including daily production processes
Requitements
- Must be bilingual.
- Have more than 1 year of leadership experience.
- Experience in food manufacture.
- Resume and interview are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
