We are looking for an experienced Production LEAN Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

**Please note this is a 9-hour shift

Duties/Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Analyzing company processes and procedures.
• Developing process enhancement strategies.
• Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives (LEAN)
• 2+ years' experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position.
• High school diploma, BS in engineering a plus
• English / Spanish a must
• OSHA Safety certification, Certified in Production, and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) a plus.
• Six Sigma belt certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
