Take the NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER as a Production Manager at a small heavy industrial manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. GROW YOUR SKILLSET as you learn secondary aluminum processing while working directly with the Plant Manager.

As our new Production Manager, you will be challenged to:

• Drive and develop the culture of safety first

• Ensure all equipment is operating in a manner that follows all environmental requirements

• Establish, plan, direct, and support production priorities and schedule activities

• Oversee and manage Shipping & Receiving Department

• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to meet and/or exceed KPI's

Production Managers inspire staff to achieve results in alignment with company and business strategy as well as operational objectives focused on safety, health and environment, quality, productivity, inventory, people development, and employee engagement.

Production Manager

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in business, operations management, engineering

• Minimum five years’ experience in a manufacturing operations role with three years managerial experience, preferably heavy industrial

• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools preferred
