Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery & equipment per Company Procedures.
- Inspect components and assemblies visually for quality defects.
- Measure parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Record and report production, quality and inventory information accurately.
- Label and/or tags parts and baskets accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Punctual and regular attendance is required.
- Ability and willingness to work any shift assigned.
- Ability to work overtime, including some weekends (time and one-half pay over 40 hours, double time on Sundays).
Compensation & Benefits:
$17.50 per hour starting pay, plus $.50 shift premium if assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift.
