PRODUCTION OPERATORS – 1st shift
United Rotary Brush is a Lenexa, Kansas based manufacturer of specialty industrial brushes for the airport, road construction, street sweeping and plow industries. Our Lenexa, KS, manufacturing facility (off I-435 & Lackman Road) is looking for Production Operators for 1st shift. Our positions are a great fit for those individuals that take pride in their work to produce a quality product for our customers. $1000 available in Bonuses*
PRODUCTION OPERATOR – 1ST SHIFT
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
PRODUCTION OPERATOR JOB SUMMARY
PRODUCTION OPERATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to all safety procedures and company polices, in all actions.- Produce at required production rates.
- Package and label all products to quality and manufacturing specifications.
- Clean and maintain equipment during work time and at the end of each shift.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Problem identification and solving skills.
- Ability and judgement to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees.
- Ability to be at work regularly and on time is essential.
Note: A $500.00 retention bonus will be paid to those eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 3 months of continuous employment with United Rotary Brush in their current qualified position. Eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 6 months of continuous employment in their current qualified position will receive another $500.00 bonus. The bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. Details of this program will be discussed at time of hire.
