As a Production Operator, you are the backbone of our organization. You produce, inspect, and pack everything that leaves our door. You make components that go into cars and lawn and garden equipment, among other products, that you and your neighbors rely on every single day.

What this work looks like:

• Follow simple instructions to produce injection molded parts
• Visually inspect parts to assure they’re defect-free
• Repair and rework parts that do have minor defects
• Label and pack parts into shipping containers
• Record and track production and scrap numbers

Skills needed to win:

• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
• Available to work weekends and overtime as needed
• High school Diploma or GED

Pay: $15.80 - $17.00 per hour
