Job Overview:

VPET USA, Inc is looking for a Production Scheduler for the Fontana, CA location. The position requires multi-tasking under moderate supervision. The primary objective of this position is to plan and schedule the release of production orders while meeting the customers and business needs. The right candidate must be hands-on, a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, and adapt to challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from the Sales department.
• Evaluate orders and offer ready dates for customers based on the availability of:
• Jars in stock
• Materials, preforms, boxes, etc.
• Machine time
• Coordinate with purchasers for any necessary procurements of preforms, boxes, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales for any possible order delays and/or improvements.
• Schedule daily production for plants in California, Illinois and Dallas.
• Hold a meeting with Production, Engineering, QC and the Warehouse.
• Review the schedule for the California plant.
• Issue a schedule to the plant and relevant departments at the California location.
• Follow up on the manufacturing process and adjust accordingly.
• Follow up on incoming containers.
• Dispatch materials, such as preforms, stretching film, jars, and molds to the Illinois and

Dallas plant.

• Coordinate with other departments for any issues with materials, manufacturing, quality, machine, and logistic.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or any related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment with a background in production control, shop floor and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of organization.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
