Pay: $ 17.50 - $ 19.00
Hours: Monday-Sunday, (May work OT and rotating Weekend days)
7am – Finish (depending on production)
Job Description:
The Supervisor I is responsible for overseeing the execution of the facility production plans in the following departments. Assembly, Prep, Pizza line, Housekeeping, and Picking. The Supervisor I role will be roughly 50% Plan Develop and 50% Plan Execution.
Position Requirements:
· Set daily production goal with a solid plan.
· Understand company’s GMPs, SOP, SSOP, and Product quality set by operation team and monitor whether, or not the Production system properly works.
· Drive productivity goals and expectations.
· Supervise dept setup and execution.
· Ensure product orders are complete and yield loss documented.
· Be flexible to coordinate dept plan changes with supervisors, line leads, and outside departments.
· Follow- up with customer shortages, damages, and misprocesses. The actions the person will be measured on are:
o Meet/Exceed production order fill rates.
o Product orders meet CDC dispatch goals.
o Meet productivity goals.
o Follow product spec and reduce/eliminate misprocesses.
· Monitor dept workflow and report any issues on Quality, Productivity, Safety to Dept manager.
· Develop dept audits, monitor the execution, and report the results to the management team.
· Make real-time dept plan changes when needed. Personnel, Equipment, Production Schedule.
· Plan and execute training plan with managers for New Product, Cross Training, General Training, Equipment, Safety.
· Evaluate dept. plans and personnel.
· Understand, Collect, and Complete dept data collection. Distribute data when needed. Reports, Work orders, etc.
Other Requirements:
· Knowledge/Experience of a food manufacturing environment.
· MS Knowledge
· Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to motivate and drive a team.
· Strong work ethic.
· USDA and FDA experience required.
· HACCP experience required.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
