Heartshare St. Vincent’s Services (HSVS) Nuevo Camino program is dedicated to providing 38 unaccompanied minors, ages 5-12, with a supportive, nurturing environment through transitional foster homes, daily education Monday - Friday, and supportive wrap-around services in the East Brooklyn section of New York City. Our program is rooted in ensuring that service delivery is trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and tailored to the needs of each child while maintaining all program requirements of ORR.
Nuevo Camino, we are seeking a motivated, meticulous, and proactive individual to join our team as a Program Analyst. The perfect candidate should demonstrate a background in quality assurance and/or program evaluation, a strong commitment to data-driven program improvement, and experience working within a non-profit organization.

Responsibilities:*
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Director and program on all related areas of data analysis and compliance.
- Conduct monthly file reviews and internal audits.
- Analyze the program’s adherence to organizational and regulatory standards through the use of internal file review and compliance reports.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and communicate results to program leadership and staff.
- Attends and prepares incidents for the monthly/quarterly incident review.
- Prepares and maintains reports as required and ensures data accuracy.
- Represents HSVS at governmental or agency meetings as required.
- Ability to present data during dashboard meetings.
- Participates in in-service training and on-site workshops as required for professional growth and development. Attends external training and workshops at the direction of management.
- Provide other duties as delegated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or equivalent (Required)
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- An interest in learning about community-based services for children and families.
- Strong background in data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Excel).
