We are currently looking for a Program Assistant to fill a vacant position in Angier, North Carolina.
The Program Assistant is to provide administrative support and coordination under the direction of the Center Director. Assist with center level administration, communication, data entry (Child Plus), filing, reporting and timely submission of required documents. Position primary follows service plans as detailed in ECMHSP Human Resources (HR) Reference, ECMHSP content area manuals, ECMHSP Family Engagement practices, and supports the implementation of ECMHSP Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives.
Minimum requirements for this position:
Accepted – High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 5 years of relevant experience in an office environment. Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Preferred - Associate degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years’ experience in an office environment. Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
