Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Integrator position supports the Product Office within the Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) Program Office, by recommending, planning, integrating, coordinating, and executing, the implementation of all DoD Acquisition program requirements as assigned and directed by the Assistant Product Manager (APM) and Product Manager (PdM) for supported products and efforts.
  • Duties require coordination with and development of cohesive working relationships with fellow assigned team members including all functional specialty representatives from across the project office, as well as with other internal and external agencies, such as PEO AVN, HQDA, MACOMs and other commands, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and other Defense Contractors.
  • Individual must have a thorough understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process, the various available program paths associated with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (i.e. Urgent Capability Acquisitions, Middle Tier of Acquisition programs, Major Capability Acquisitions, etc.) and have a thorough understanding of the different types, associated management responsibilities, and execution requirements of government contracts.
  • Duty requirements include planning, scheduling, technical analysis and evaluations, military decision-making process actions, report preparation, briefings, and plans implementation along with providing support to management.
  • Assist the APM and PdM in the development of both an executable spend plan that meets the overall needs of a program and development of a program budget to fully support a program’s long term funding requirements using the DoD’s Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Develop and review contracting and acquisition documents, MTA Statutory and Regulatory documents, Milestone, and Phase information requirements (e.g., Contract PWS, Acquisition CDDs, CPDs, Systems Engineering Plans, Test Engineering Master Plans, etc.) and translate the requirements listed to produce the required capability.
  • Execute and support leadership with planning, scheduling, technical analysis, evaluation of products, reports, and materials. Conduct briefings, highlighting value engineering opportunities, funding, and budget-oriented recommendation for decision. Implement plans in support of Management’s vision.

Education and General experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing multi-organizational, executive level meetings, program reviews, forums, and government/industry integrated product teams.
  • Ability to author, edit, coordinate, and deliver Department of Defense, Army, executive, program and project level reports, information papers, and briefings; both classified and unclassified, using a variety of software and hardware tools that include PowerPoint, Excel, and other software products.
  • Ability to coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholder communities and adjudicate conflicts.
  • Experience interfacing with business, technical, logistic, civilian, and military personnel, as well as defense suppliers in support of aviation product development, testing, manufacturing, fielding, training, scheduling, and resolution efforts.

  • Ability to travel >25%

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
