Growing construction company looking for long term employee willing to learn and grow. You will have opportunities to advance and receive quarterly bonuses as you bring value to the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Office support for project managers and field personnel, including tracking project progress, uploading job progress photos and scheduling work
  • Act as liaison with customers to provide updates and schedule projects
  • Manage office supply inventory, conference room meetings, employee health insurance processes and renewals, new hire and 401(k) paperwork
  • Manage and verify vendor insurances, review invoices according to job progress and process lien waivers
  • Provide company certificates of insurance to customers
  • Organize internal and external company events, such as employee milestone celebrations and on-site project customer appreciation events
  • Work with and manage external IT consultant to ensure needed work is completed in timely and efficient fashion
  • Update vehicle and equipment files, registrations and insurances
  • Maintain business licenses and certifications, including reporting of continuing education credits
  • Coordinate calls and video meetings with external organizations and other team members

Education and Experience

5 years of experience in office and project administration

Secondary degree desired, but not required. Must have high school diploma.
