Project Coordinator- Richardson, TX Job at Integrated Renovations LLC
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator assists with the planning and execution of activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year prior project coordinator experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams and Shared Point
Essential Job Functions:
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Coordinate meetings, resources, equipment, and information and then disseminate that information to the necessary team members, management, or client
- Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Evaluate potential problems and proactively develop solutions
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
