As part of the Host Healthcare team, the Senior Project Manager of Technology reports to the Chief Information Officer and oversees and manages the project scope, timelines, budget and effective deployment of key technology projects. The Senior Project Manager is solutions-oriented and drives collaboration and problem-solving across the technology team and vendor partners, as well as the internal sales, operations and accounting teams to ensure the design and implementation of technology supports streamlined internal processes, the scalability of the organization, and a highly engaged client and candidate experience.

The Senior Project Manager has excellent teamwork and communications skills and displays ownership and accountability in collaborating with other leaders to ensure the team meets its performance standards, deadlines, and the execution of key initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes and defines clear deliverables, timelines, and roles and responsibilities for project team.
- Schedules and facilitates regular project team meetings to determine progress and challenges to be addressed. Proactively drives team members to address issues and roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Actively oversees the daily tasks of internal and vendor technical team members to ensure progress towards established milestones.
- Regularly communicates to the Chief Information Officer and other executives progress against timelines and budgets, as well as issues to be resolved.
- Actively engages with project team members to ensure strong performance management and accountability across teams. When necessary, gets involved to help shape team dynamics in alignment with Host’s core values.
- Acts as a business analyst to ensure functional requirements are documented and reflect the intended project scope. May participate in documenting internal processes.
- Establishes and implements training processes to support the deployment of new and upgraded technology.
- Researches and evaluates hardware and software technology options. Collaborates with finance team to develop the cost/benefit analysis of large technology purchases or decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of results-driven project management experience and successful track record of implementing technology and process transformation projects of increasing complexity within deadline and budgets.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management practices, strategies and methods. Professional project management certification is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to establish and clearly communicate project plans, timelines, guidelines and expectations to team members and executives. Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills within a fast-paced work environment. Able to guide leaders in prioritizing activities to meet required turnaround times.
- Excellent verbal and written communications. Able to trouble-shoot and problem-solve collaboratively with internal team members and technology partners.
- High comfort level and interest in learning new technology platforms.
