Responsibilities

• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
• Instruct and supervise personnel and activities on site
• Comply with building codes, safety codes, and other regulations
• Proactively communicate with project team on status of project and scheduling
• Maintain daily activity log
• Walk job sites to monitor activities and assist with future planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in build-out construction preferred
• CAD experience a plus
• Ability to work with teams of contractors and sub-contractors
• Possess good analytical and math skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required

Pay

$70,000-$80,000 per year

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday (with overtime as needed)
