Senior Estimator Responsivities
· Interpret and analyze civil drawings and specifications for bidding construction projects
· Quantity review and input into estimating software and generate proposal for projects.
· Reviewing all bid documents prior before final proposal
· Communicating with owners, engineers, vendors, etc. during and after the bidding process.
· Providing specific scopes and schedules for specific proposals
· Determining and reviewing bid schedule with estimating department weekly.
Experience/ Education
5+ years experience in estimating (preferred)
CAD Experience (Prefered)
Insite Earthwork Take-off Software (Preferred)
HCSS Heavybid Estimating Software (Preferred)
Public/ Private Bid Experience
Job Type: Full-time
The qualified candidate shall be well versed in excavation, support of excavation, utility work, demolition work, masonry, and paving. The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and delivering a financially successful project.

Pay: From $66,999.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glassboro, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)
