Act as a liaison and direct and manage staff assignments, monitor timelines and schedules, and consistently ensure product and service quality under the contract.

Reviewing all materials to ensure that products are developed correctly and in accordance with all professional standards, that instructions were followed correctly, and that the products are clear, correct, visually appealing, produced in an efficient manner, submitted on time, and most of all, optimally developed to achieve the intended purpose; ensure final products are error free.

Provide appropriate supervision and guidance to subordinate staff to ensure their compliance with contract stipulations and all professional standards associated with the development and dissemination of corporate, medical, and scientific communications, that they are dutifully attending to their assignments, and that they are communicating appropriately with staff and all parties with whom the Office interacts.

Responsible for ensuring quality prior to delivery to Client, consistent with the QASP.
- Provide oversight of the contract ensuring contract compliance and deliverable schedules for division projects including but not limited to media, marketing, graphics, and other communication activities, outreach, market research and analysis, and social media posts and content for the ORWH and its leadership.
- Ensure that the personnel offered meet the educational and experience requirements of the labor categories proposed.
- Bachelor’s degree in the biological sciences, or similar, or a degree in English, or similar
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience managing similar projects of this size in either the public or private sector, including overall administrative, supervisory managing authority and responsibility
- Must have prior Federal government-related experience (as a Federal employee or a Federal contractor)
Desired qualifications:
- Master's degree in the biological sciences, or similar, or a degree in English, or similar
- Experience in scientific and medical communications targeted to professional and lay audiences.
