The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. They are responsible for turning the strategist’s vision into reality. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns. They identify all the tasks that need to be completed, and then strategically delegate those tasks within the project, while creating and managing detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project to the appropriate team members.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

• Coordinate the process and the execution of projects across the creative team while interfacing with clients.
• Document the scope of work with help from Account Strategists and validate that projects can be completed within timeline and budget.
• Develop and maintain step-by-step project plans, budgets and schedules for each project.
• Organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
• Manage the full life cycle of projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks and identify / resolve potential challenges.
• Execute change control when requests for additional functionality are made.
• Elevate situations that may require executive support.
• Maintain only the highest standards for quality.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project deliverables.
• Provide QA on projects.
• Provide weekly status reports and daily updates to the team.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, marketing or operations.
• Project Management Professional (PMI) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of project management systems, processes, workflow and terminology.
• Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
