SUMMARY

This position will be responsible to manage special projects with activities of coordination with different functions, doing project planning , ensuring project execution, identifying risks and plan to mitigate , communication to different stake holders , managing documentation needed for projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare the project plan on the different project assigned in materials function - the vendors could be in different countries.
  • Coordinate as needed with Key stakeholders in Finance, Sourcing , Engineering Sales, operation to meet the project timelines
  • Manage vendors for projects – supply chain, inspection services, documentation etc.
  • Maintain record of all contracts and agreements. Audit and ensure they remain current with timely renewal
  • Assess any risk in meeting the timeline, escalate the risk while working to mitigate it.

Education, Experience and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Project management in supply chain

Must be COVID vaccinated
