We are seeking an experienced full time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in the Lake Havasu City area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating rent collections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong knowledge of property management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relationships and respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collect rent and enforce lease agreements
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and property owners
• Market properties to potential tenants and oversee the leasing process
• Network with local real estate offices and attend local events

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management

• Strong knowledge of property management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The Property Manager will be responsible for addressing all issues involving leasing, including the screening of new tenants, and resolving tenant concerns. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can solve problems in an efficient manner, quickly respond to unexpected situations and effectively communicate with customers to ensure that we have a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Order new furniture from corporate.
• Prepare accounts receivable monthly report.
• Prepare payroll checks monthly.
• Be able to follow up with maintenance staff to ensure completed tasks are completed properly and timely.
• Be able to fix minor/major maintenance issues.
• Maintain a positive relationship with residents.
• Keep residents and guests safe and secure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Evenings as needed
