The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician is responsible for executing specific food safety, quality, and packaging checks.
Quality Assurance (QA) Technician Job Summary:
- Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Temp to HIRE
- Climate Controlled facility
- $20.00 / hour
- Ensure all food safety and quality parameters are adhered to and maintained throughout the facility
- Assist checking out bound packages
- Checking that packages contain the correct product
- Collect in-process and finished product samples
- Conduct standardized qualitative testing to ensure it meets specifications
- Follow protocols for documenting testing results
- Identify and isolate products that do not meet standards
- 1+ years of experience working in Quality Control/Technician role
- 1+ years of experience managing people/projects
- Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work 8-10 hour shift
- Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 year GFSI experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
