Bell is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations at our facility located in Fort Worth (Hurst), Texas location.

In this position you will participate in the development, execution, and oversite of products and processes used in the manufacturing environment to ensure robust and cost-effective designs.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality Program Planning and Management
  • Develop, calculate and report out on a variety of Quality metrics
  • Independently conduct process audits
  • Leading Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Process efforts
  • Utilizing Quality Management Systems, Records, & Data
  • Collaborate with and support military and commercial customers
  • Validate Manufacturing Corrective Actions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline required with 3+ years directly related experience in the aerospace industry
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
  • Familiarity with inspection processes and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort level to deliver presentations to peers, customers and upper management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with Risk Based Thinking and Management
  • SAP proficiency
  • Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt Certification
