· Raise and review at 6, 12 ,and 18 months for new employees who stay under 5 attendance points

General Responsibility
-Quality
Our Quality team ensures our customers receive the high-quality parts they can expect when working with our company. This important role inspects parts through different stages of production and confirms conformance to specifications. Our Quality team works with engineers, techs, leads and floor personnel to resolve issues and promote quality principles. Great communication, attention to detail and ability to work well with multiple people and styles are critical components in this position. Willing to train the right candidate.
· To implement and adhere to all written policies and philosophies of National Composites, LLC
· Must be able to repetitively stoop, crouch, reach, stand and balance throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations
· Must be able to repetitively push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations
· Must be able to stand for an extended period of time up to 10 hours
Must be able to perform in a hot or humid climate
