There is intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment. Position requires heavy lifting, truck loading and unloading of possible heavy inventory, standing and moving quickly and constantly, prepping for sessions and cleaning up after sessions, shoveling debris, dumping debris, cleaning after various sessions, cleaning and organizing inventory and maintaining normal maintenance on the building. You will be working with broken glass/items, paint, Nerf & Airsoft Equipment, Axes, dust, and sharp objects. Weekends are mandatory (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Pay is $10 - $15/hour and up. Gratuities and Commission.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities not limited to:

Managing RAGE ROOM sessions, SPLATTER ROOM, AXE THROWING, NERF WARS, AIRSOFT, Interactive Games, and Extreme Dodgeball Sessions, Parties, and/or Special Events which includes working in the annual HAUNTED ESCAPE.

• Greeting customers and checking them in while providing them with superb customer service
• Answering all incoming calls in a personal and professional manner
• Setting up and cleaning rooms after people are done destroying items (i.e., sweeping glass and hauling broken items to our dumpster and metal trailer)
• Operating a cash register through Square
• Comfortably and continuously lifting/moving at least 50lbs
• Loading/unloading inventory to/from company vehicle and into storage areas
• Putting together parties/packages/orders for customers
• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (maintain restroom, kitchen, and lobby areas, cleaning and sanitizing safety gear)
• Taking out trash
• Light Repair & Maintenance of facility
• Annual Haunted Maze (Building/Acting/Breakdown
• Stock Shelves with incoming materials and overstock in the building.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back supply rooms
• Adheres to RR Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
• Attend required employee staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

• Possess and display excellent customer service in all interactions; maintains professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to receive, interpret and follow oral and written instructions in Standard English.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and apply good judgment using analytical and strategic skills.
• Good organizational skills: able to prioritize, complete assigned work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and group communication skills for work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work day, evenings, weekends (mandatory)
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word and Excel.
