Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• 6+ years of working knowledge in implementation of different Kinaxis Rapid response modules.
• Integration of Kinaxis with other Source ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Should have Level 3 certification in Author, Level 2 in Admin and at least 3 solution certification in RR.

Good-to-Have

• In depth understanding of end to end integrated supply chain planning processes in S&OP, Demand planning, Supply planning, and other areas of supply chain.
• Able to identify gaps in existing processes, Design and develop the solution, configure system.
• Build automation of processes in, vendor collaboration, forecasting, Demand & supply planning etc.
• Will be working closely with Business users, IT partners, global business leaders, to evaluate problem statement, analyze, build solution.
• Conduct workshops to understand business process requirement and propose the best possible solutions.
• Configure system, design resources like workbooks, alerts, Metrics, dashboards, scorecards etc.
• Design and develop technical and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP APO, SAP IBP will be an added advantage.
